Order Cancellation Procedures

Orders can be cancelled until 14:00 on the same business day at the latest. Orders placed after 14:00 can be cancelled until 14:00 on the next business day. Cancellation can be made by calling (0212) 639 72 26 or by informing the name, surname and order number to musteri@caelinus.com.

Return Procedures and Our Policy

For exchange and return transactions, you can send to MNG Kargo Doğusan branch 249432150 with the address defined code number. Our company acts within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law in return transactions. You can return unpackaged, unused, unused and resalable products within 30 days from the date of delivery, stating the reason. The items that must be complete in the products you send for return can be found below. If any of these are missing, the product return is not accepted:

The box and/or packaging of the product in complete and undamaged condition,
Standard accessories if available,
The return part of the invoice sent to you must be filled in and signed and sent to us.
Underwear, panties, corsets, silicone products and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons. During the swimsuit trial process, the hygiene tapes on the crotch should never be removed. Otherwise, no exchange is made.

Only product exchange is made in Caelinus stores. Returns are made only through online sales. The exchange and return of products purchased from our website or Caelinus Stores cannot be made from our Dealer Stores. The exchange and return of the products you purchased from our Dealer Stores can only be made from the store where you purchased the product.

Product exchange at www.caelinus.com is only possible between colours and sizes of the same product. No exchange can be made with different products. Damage incurred during transport is compensated by the cargo company. It is recommended to make a report before receiving the package.
