Caelinus.com User Membership and Sales Agreement

This agreement is deemed to have been read and approved by all users who have completed their membership process on the Caelinus.com website. This Sales Agreement is a Virtual Sales Agreement between www.caelinus.com and the Customer.

Article 1 - Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this contract covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products sold by Caelinus.com to customers.

The type, quantity, brand / model, colour, quantity, sales price and payment method of the product are as stated on Caelinus.com and this information can be changed without notifying the customer.

Article 5 - General Provisions

5.1 - The buyer declares that he / she has read all preliminary information about the features, sales price and payment method and delivery of the product subject to the contract and declares that he / she has given his / her consent electronically.
